WeSharing（WS）留学生活指南网站旨在为大家创建一个和谐、安全的留学生信息分享平台。我们将尽全力保护广大留学生用户的权益，以下全部条款均由加拿大官方律师根据加拿大各点评网站规章书写，全面安全，请大家耐心阅读使用说明后，开启WS的快乐旅程吧！
语言
WS目前提供中中文+部分双语服务，个别模块目前只支持中文服务，但会在未来逐步加入完整英语服务，因此对英语用户的使用带来不便我们表示抱歉。未来我们或许会加入更多语言翻译，WS始终把握多语言表达的一致性。
您的账户
您须要在创建个人账户后正常使用网站。创建账户时，请您填写完善、真实的信息。请勿使用他人姓名及邮箱注册多个账户。在网站的使用过程中，WeSharing欢迎大家提出各种宝贵意见和建议，并发送至WeSharing官方邮箱wesharing@hotmail.com，我们会尽快予以改进。请勿注册多个账户对网站内某一商家或用户进行反复的恶意评论。任何恶意的陈述都可能被禁止，WeSharing有权在必要情况下关闭该用户账户。
创建账户后，请保护好您的密码，并负责与您账户有关的活动，如发布文章、评论、分享故事等。您发布分享的内容会收到好友们的点赞和评论。一旦账户发生盗用等任何问题，请立即通知我们, 我们会在必要时关闭您的账户，以避免潜在的危险与损失。
网站内容及管理
网站内容包括图文、视频、定位等各种内容格式。“您的内容”指代您在您账户下发布的全部图文、评论等。“用户内容”指代任何用户（包括商家及用户）发布的图文、评论等。“WS内容”指代由WeSharing根据商家需求设计、制作并发布的任何形式内容，如海报、软文等。
WeSharing网站同步订阅号可以定期推送您在网站上发布的公开内容，如二手货更新、互动攻略等，以便多渠道为您进行宣传。
WeSharing在前期运行中难免出现一些BUGS，如您在使用过程中出现任何问题，欢迎大家及时告知我们，我们的技术人员会尽快为大家解决。
互联网传输可能会出现暂时受到干扰、中断、延迟或数据错误等情况。请大家随时关注Terms of Use在网站中的更新，网站调试以及相关条例更新修改，不予另行通知，请大家谅解。

3. 互链免责
WeSharing可能会加入第三方网站链接或应用。WS不承担您通过WS进入并使用第三方网站的任何风险与责任，您对相关内容自行辨别、判断。
4. 非可控故障免责
对于非我站能控制的通讯设施故障引致的数据的不准确性或不及时性，我站不承担责任。
5. 自由言论免责
WeShairng网站为大家开设的点评功能，以及“生活攻略”和“我的店铺”等自由言论模块，我们会尽力维护该模块的公正及安全性。但在以上自由模块中，对部分用户发布的有关服务广告、信息购买或取得等自由内容，本网站不承担质量保证之责任；由于客观原因，我们无法识别的不恰当(虚假或非法)信息，若因此引起法律纠纷，由信息发布者负责，WeSharing网站不予负责。
6. 法律配合
WeSharing网站有权对违法乱纪信息进行如下处置：
对存在淫秽、反动、危害人身安全、人身攻击等留言及评论一律删除，严重者报法律部门查处；
限制行为
为保障WeSharing网站健康持续发展，请禁止以下对网站及用户利益造成损害的行为：
1. 我站有权利删除以下任何违法和违反规定的信息以及言论：
任何威胁、诽谤、诋毁、歧视、骚扰以及伤害他人的行为言论；
恶意言论攻击他人；
恶意评论，并以竞争者的角度对WS网站进行攻击；
色情内容；
触犯法律内容；
未经WS允许，在网站进行不恰当的商务活动，WS拥有该商务活动的鉴别权；
2. 我站禁止任何人以任何技术手段破坏及干扰网站正常运营：
未获得允许，复制盗用WeSharing内容
使用各类技术手段对网站及网站的任一部分进行破坏及干扰；
修改干扰网站编程；
以任何目的窥测WS网站数据；
随意更改网站结构和内容；
恶意超负荷行为干扰网站的正常运转速度；
任何黑客等技术攻击，侵害网站及网站用户的账户信息；
在WS网站恶意传播电脑病毒，损害网站及用户利益；
留学生创业不易，WeSharing会不断改进升级，为大家提供越来越全面、贴心的留学生活资讯及服务！感谢大家的理解与支持！
WeSharing maintains this Web site as a service to its customers. By using Web sites owned and operated by WeSharing, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms of use. Please review the following terms carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not review information or obtain documents from this site.
1. Acceptance of Agreement
You agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) with respect to the WeSharing site (the “Site”). This Agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between WeSharing and a user of the Site (“User”), and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to the Site, the content, goods and services provided by or through the Site, and the subject-matter of this Agreement. Users agree to review this Agreement prior to reviewing any information or obtaining any documents. This Agreement may be amended by us from time to time without specific advance notice to you. The latest Agreement will be posted on the Site, and you should review the Agreement prior to using the site.
2. Copyright
The content, organization, gathering, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by a User of any such content or any part of the Site, except as allowed by Section 3, is strictly prohibited. The User does not acquire ownership rights to any content or document obtained through the Site. The posting of information or materials on the Site does not constitute a waiver of any right in such information and materials.
3. Limited Right to Use
The viewing or downloading of any content, form or document grants the User only a limited, non-exclusive licence for use solely by the User for his or her own personal use and not for republication, distribution, assignment, sublicense, sale, preparation of derivative works or other use. No part of any content, form or document may be reproduced in any form or incorporated into any information retrieval system, electronic or mechanical, other than for the User’s personal use (but not for resale or redistribution).
4. Editing, Deleting and Modification
WeSharing reserves the right in its sole discretion to edit or delete any documents, information or other content appearing on the Site.
5. Indemnification
User agrees to indemnify, defend and hold WeSharing and its partners, attorneys, staff and affiliates (collectively, “Affiliated Parties”) harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense, including reasonable attorney’s fees, related to a User’s violation of this Agreement or use of the Site.
6. Non-transferable
User’s right to use the Site is not transferable. Any password or right given to User to obtain forms is not transferable.
7. Disclaimer
(1) The information, forms and agreements from or through the site are provided “as is”, “as available” and all warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed (including but not limited to the disclaimer of any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose). The forms, agreements and documents may contain bugs, errors, problems or other limitations. Wesharing and its affiliated parties have no liability whatsoever for a user’s use of any information, form or documents. In particular, but not as a limitation thereof, WeSharing and the affiliated parties are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages (including damages for loss of business, loss of profits, litigation or the like), whether based on breach of contract, breach of warranty, tort (including negligence), product liability or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The negation of damages set forth above are fundamental elements of the basis of the bargain between WeSharing and user. This site and the information, forms, agreements and documents would not be provided with- out such limitations.
(2) The forms, agreements and documents within the Site or available through the Site may not be appropriate under the circumstances for any particular transaction. The specifics of a given situation may require provisions not contemplated in the forms or documents. Requirements for the validity of an agreement or form may also vary greatly from province to province. Laws change rapidly and may be interpreted differently in various jurisdictions. No representations, warranties or guarantees whatsoever are made as to the accuracy, currentness, completeness, adequacy, reliability, suitability or applicability of any form or document to a particular situation.
(3) Each form and document should be treated as a guide or starting point and should not be considered a substitute for professional legal analysis. The Site is provided and each form, agreement and document is licensed with the understanding and agreement that WeSharing and its Affiliated Parties are not engaged in rendering legal, accounting or other professional services. If legal or other expert assistance is required, the services of a competent professional should be sought. User assumes all responsibilities and obligations with respect to any decisions or advice made or given as a result of the use of any form, agreement or document and for the selection of a form, agreement or document to achieve User’s intended results.
(4) All responsibility or liability for any damages caused by viruses contained within the electronic file containing the form or document is disclaimed.
8. Use of Information
WeSharing reserves the right, and User authorizes WeSharing, to the use and assignment of all information regarding Site uses by User and all information provided by User in any manner consistent with the WeSharing Privacy Policy.
9. Third Party Services
Wesharing operates an interactive transaction service allowing access to third party merchant sites (“Merchants”) from which wesharing users may purchase certain goods or services. User understands that wesharing does not operate or control the products or services offered by Merchants. Merchants are responsible for all aspects of order processing, fulfillment, billing and customer service. Wesharing is not a party to the transactions entered into between Users and Merchants. User agrees that use of the WeSharing service is at the sole risk of user and is without warranties of any kind by WeSharing, Express, implied or otherwise including warranties of title, fitness for purpose, Merchantability or Non-Infringement. Under No Circumstances Is WeSharing Liable For Any Damages Arising From The Transactions Between Users And Merchants Or For Any Information Appearing On Merchant Sites Or Any Other Site Linked To The WeSharing Site. WeSharing will not be liable to users for any incidental, special or consequential damages of any kind that may result from use of or inability to use the WeSharing service.
10. Third Party Merchant Policies
All rules, policies (including privacy policies) and operating procedures of Merchants will apply to Users while on the Merchants’ sites. WeSharing is not responsible for information provided by Users to Merchants. Merchant and WeSharing are independent contractors and neither party has authority to make any representations or commitments on behalf of the other.
11. Copyrights and Copyright Agents
(1) We respect the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Copyright Agent the following information:
(a) an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest;
(b) a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;
(c) a description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the site;
(d) your address, telephone number and e-mail address;
(e) a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
(f) a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

12. Miscellaneous
This Agreement shall be treated as though it were executed and performed in the Province of Ontario, Canada and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada (without regard to conflict of law principles). Any cause of action of User with respect to the Site (and/or information, forms and agreements, thereon) must be instituted within [six] months after the cause of action arose or be forever waived and barred. All actions shall be subject to the limitations set forth in Section 8. The language in this Agreement shall be interpreted as to its fair meaning and not strictly for or against either party. All legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be brought solely in the Province of Ontario. User expressly submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of said courts and consents to extra-territorial service of process. Should any part of this Agreement be held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed consistent with applicable law and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect. To the extent that anything in or associated with the Site is in conflict or inconsistent with this Agreement, this Agreement shall take precedence. Failure of WeSharing to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision nor of the right to enforce such provision.
13. Links to Other Web Sites
This site contains links to other Web sites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or opinions expressed in such Web sites, and such Web sites are not investigated, monitored or checked for accuracy or completeness by us. Inclusion of any linked Web site does not imply approval or endorsement of the linked Web site by us. If you decide to leave our site and access these third party sites, you do so at your own risk.
14. User Account
When you access the Site you will be prompted create a User ID which will then be used to identify you, along with the creation of a Password for the User ID for access to your account (“WeSharing Account”). You will then use this User ID and Password each time you log on to the Site. You understand that your WeSharing Account is for your use only and you must not permit any other person to use it. You agree to take appropriate security measures to protect the confidentiality of your User ID and Password and to guard against any misuse of it. Furthermore, you will notify WeSharing immediately if you know or suspect that someone else is using your WeSharing Account. You agree that you are solely responsible for any loss caused as a result of or in connection with, any use or unauthorized use of your WeSharing Account. This includes transactions performed or information obtained resulting from such use, even without your knowledge or consent. You are responsible for all activities that occur in connection with your WeSharing Account. WeSharing reserves the right to cancel your WeSharing Account for violation of the Terms of Use or any other reason.
15. User Content
The information and opinions expressed in Bulletin Boards, Chat Rooms or other forums conducted on this Site (“Forums”) are not necessarily those of WeSharing or its Affiliated Parties and WeSharing makes no representations or warranties regarding that information or those opinions. Furthermore, neither WeSharing nor its Affiliated Parties or its content providers are responsible or liable to any person or entity whatsoever (including, without limitation, persons who may use or rely on such data/materials or to whom such data/materials may be furnished) for any loss, damage (whether actual, consequential, punitive or otherwise), injury, claim, liability or other cause of any kind or character whatsoever based on or resulting from any information or opinions provided on the Site.
16. Restrictions on Use of Site
(1) Prohibited acts. Concerning use of the Site, you agree not to knowingly:
(a) use any device, software or technique to interfere with or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site;
(b) post or transmit to the Site any unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, libelous, or obscene Information of any kind;
(c) post or send to the Site any Information that contains a virus, bug, or other harmful item;
(d) publish, perform, distribute, prepare derivative works, copy, reverse engineer, or use the Content (other than as expressly permitted herein);
(e) post or transmit into or on the Site any Information in violation of another party’s copyright or intellectual property rights;
(f) take any action which imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on WeSharing’s infrastructure;
(g) redeliver any of the Content using “framing”, hyperlinks, or other technology without express written permission; or,
(h) use any device or technology to provide repeated automated attempts to access password-protected portions of the Site.
(2) Right to regulate. You acknowledge that WeSharing has the right, but no obligation, to monitor the Site and to disclose any Information necessary to operate the Site, to protect WeSharing, its Affiliated Parties, Merchants or other users and to comply with legal obligations or governmental requests. WeSharing reserves the right to refuse to post or to remove any Information on the Site, in whole or in part, for any reason.
(3) Compliance with law. You agree to comply with all governmental laws, statutes, ordinances, and regulations (including unfair competition, anti- discrimination or false advertising) regarding your use of the Site.
16. Languages
WeSharing provides services to the Site in Chinese and limited English. Further translation of features of the Site from Chinese to English will occur over time.
